But within all of this uncertainty, one thing is clear… we are all in this together. While it is a challenge to face this Coronavirus pandemic, it also gives us an opportunity to come together at this critical time. And it allows us to come together in the right way. Now more than ever, we need meditation. In this spirit, yesterday I gathered online with people from all over the world including Germany, Switzerland, Kenya, Italy, Palestine, Canada, Israel, U.S.A., Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Morroco, Belgium, and more.

It was truly touching to gather virtually and share how meditation supports us at this time in meeting the Coronavirus and Covid19 pandemic. We had a beautiful meeting of coming together in connection, openness, and vulnerability.
