Would you like to do deep work with me as a meditation apprentice for the next 2-years? You’ll need to be ready for a serious commitment, with serious work, the willingness to learn, and regular practice meetings with me. You will have guaranteed, substantial progress in your mindfulness meditation with the transformational results in your life. AND if you are interested in becoming a mindfulness meditation teacher or coach, then there is an option for full certification training in this track. For the first time, I will be taking on personal meditation apprentices through a 2-year program. BUT…  I can only take a limited number of apprentices! So if you are interested then read on.

Here’s What Will Be Required From You:

• A mature commitment to your own psycho-spiritual development.
• Familiarity with my work and meditation approach (mindfulness meditation, the progress of insight, real-life integration, and some shadow work).
• An ability to financially commit upfront to $5,000 USD in one, three, or six payments (the program includes well over $8000 value that you’ll get – see below).
• A commitment to show up to twice-monthly sessions with me (see below).
• A serious commitment to daily meditation practice (at least 30 min. per day, 5 days per week).
• The willingness to face the challenges of the transformational path.
• The openness to receive support and guidance (please do not bother if this is an issue. Let’s not waste each other’s time).
• A commitment to doing personal shadow work from the end of the first year (essential for all meditators, so non-negotiable).
