“Light and shadow are opposite sides of the same coin. We can illuminate our paths or darken our way. It is a matter of choice.” – Maya Angelou

Yes… it’s a matter of choice. When we choose the work of healing and integration, the resulting wholeness becomes an illuminated path… our gift to the world. Until then, our shadows remain a darkened path, that from time to time pops up to bite ourselves and others in the ass.

The good news about these dual paths of divergence or convergence is that we have a choice. And in that choice is our very empowerment.
