Wicked Problem Conversation: Israel/Palestine… WTF!

Making Sense In An Increasingly Polarized World

The above video is a panel discussion with Diane Musho Hamilton, Vince Fakhoury Horn, Miles Kessler, Theo Horesh, & Tomer Duwik about the Wicked Problem that is the Israel/Palestine conflict. Together, our panelists explored the questions of how to make sense in an increasingly polarized world.

On the early morning of Oct. 7th, 2023 a chilling new chapter of the Israel-Palestine conflict turned when Hamas launched an unexpected attack out of Gaza on the southern Israel civilian population with devastating success.
Under cover of some 3,000 rockets fired into Israel, upwards of 2,000 Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israel with some 1,400 Israeli civilians, including infants, children, women, and elderly brutally massacred. Additionally, upwards of 250 Israeli and foreign nationals were taken as hostages back into Gaza, and are currently being held as hostages.
Israel’s military response has been equally devastating, launching an all-out bombing campaign on Gaza. At the time of this writing, there have been upwards of 3,000 Palestinian deaths reported in the over-populated Gaza Strip, the majority being civilians. The Israeli army has assembled on the borders of Gaza, on the verge of launching a ground operation in Gaza. Which raises the risk of spilling out into a global conflict.
